  •  How do I know it will fit me?

We have included a size chart on the product description. Please read the measurements in the product descriptions to make sure the item will fit you. If you are still unsure send us a message on instagram @Ruhu.huru

  • How do I pay?

If you live in Morocco all payments are currently made on delivery, for international purchases please contact us as we also accept Paypal payments.

  • Can I cancel or change my order I’ve just placed?

In most cases, we can cancel or change an order if it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us asap for any changes or cancellation requests.

  • I’ve been sent the wrong item.

 If the item we have sent you is not the item that you have ordered from the website, please contact us with your email, order number and details.

  • Return Policy

Contact our customer care team to request a refund within 14 days of the item being delivered. We accept returns on item(s) in new condition with all original tags attached. Please try on the clothes with caution, as we cannot accept clothes that have acquired a scent, perfume and/or makeup stains, or any other stains in general. 

  • Exchanges Policy

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please email us at with your exchange request so we can assist you with the process.

  • Sale Items 

Discounted on-sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange. No exceptions. 

  • When will I receive my refund?

We will complete your refund request in 8 eight business days from the day your return was received in our warehouse. Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way.

  • I want to model/ photograph/ event/ media, or partnership, how do I get involved?
